Spring Hill

Growing into its own.

Spring Hill continues to be one of Middle Tennessee’s growing communities, with newer neighborhoods, expanding amenities and opportunities for buyers looking for more home for their budget while staying connected to Franklin and the greater Nashville area.

My Spring Hill Perspective

More possibilities for the budget.

For many buyers, Spring Hill enters the conversation when they begin looking at what their budget can buy in different parts of Middle Tennessee.

There’s been tremendous residential growth here, which means plenty of newer homes and neighborhoods to choose from. Many communities have an active, family-oriented feel, with sidewalks, amenities and neighbors becoming part of everyday life.

And while homesites in newer developments can be more compact, buyers can often find more square footage, newer construction and additional features within a budget that may look very different farther north.

For the right buyer, that can open up an entirely new set of possibilities.

Living in Spring Hill

Newer homes. Growing neighborhoods. Everyday life.

Spring Hill’s housing story is largely about growth.

Much of what buyers will find here is newer construction or communities developed over the last several years, ranging from townhomes and smaller homes to larger single-family properties and thoughtfully planned neighborhoods with amenities.

That makes Spring Hill particularly worth exploring for buyers who prioritize space, newer construction and neighborhood living.

Newer Construction · Community Amenities · Everyday Convenience · More Buying Power

June Lake

A new center taking shape.

One of the most interesting parts of Spring Hill’s continued growth is June Lake, a large master-planned community taking shape around the city’s newer I-65 interchange.

The vision extends well beyond new homes. June Lake is being planned to bring residences, greenways and gathering spaces together with shopping, dining, offices and everyday conveniences as the community continues to develop.

Housing is already underway, with single-family homes and townhomes in Saddlewalk, a more limited collection of homes in The Preserve, and additional residential development continuing to take shape.

For buyers drawn to new construction and the idea of getting into a community while it is still evolving, June Lake is one of the Spring Hill areas worth knowing.

Good to Know

One city. Two counties.

Spring Hill stretches across both Williamson and Maury counties, which is an important distinction for buyers to understand.

An address can affect school zoning, property taxes and certain local services, so this is one of those details worth paying attention to as we narrow the search.

Rather than assuming one Spring Hill address is the same as another, I help buyers look at the whole picture around a property, including location, neighborhood, schools and the things that matter most to how they plan to live.

Life Here

The everyday things are close at hand.

Spring Hill has grown alongside its neighborhoods, bringing more shopping, restaurants, coffee, parks and everyday conveniences into the community.

It doesn’t need to be Nashville or Franklin to work. For many residents, part of the appeal is having the things they use most close to home, with Franklin just to the north and the rest of Middle Tennessee within reach.

And that story continues to evolve as new development brings more options into Spring Hill itself.

The Spring Hill Fit

It might be worth looking a little farther south.

Spring Hill may be worth putting on your list if you’re drawn to newer homes, neighborhood amenities and the opportunity to stretch your buying power a little farther.

Maybe square footage matters. Maybe you’d rather have a newer kitchen and an extra bedroom than a particular ZIP code. Maybe you’re looking for a neighborhood where families are putting down roots and the community around them is still growing.

Those priorities matter.

And sometimes widening the map just a little is what opens up the right home.
