Established + Timeless
Older Brentwood, mature trees, larger lots and neighborhoods such as Brent Haven, where beautifully renovated homes and thoughtfully built new estates sit within an established landscape.
Brentwood, Tennessee
Rolling hills, beautiful neighborhoods and room to settle in, with Nashville in one direction and Franklin in the other.
Why Brentwood
Brentwood has always felt a little different to me. It doesn't have a Main Street that defines it, and honestly, it doesn't need one. Life here happens more quietly, in the neighborhoods, parks and beautiful spaces people come home to.
There is an established side of Brentwood that I love: mature trees, rolling streets, larger homesites and neighborhoods that have been here for decades. Some of those homes have been beautifully renovated. Others are giving way to thoughtfully built new estates, creating this interesting mix of old Brentwood and what comes next.
Then there is a newer Brentwood taking shape, with beautiful communities, current architecture and neighborhoods designed with more ways to gather and connect.
And all around it is green space. Weekends bring bikes, walking trails, ball fields, neighborhood pools and plenty of time outside. The city's park system is genuinely part of everyday Brentwood life, from the activity of Crockett Park to the wooded trails and open landscape of Smith Park.
But one of Brentwood's greatest advantages may simply be where it sits. Nashville is just up the road. Franklin is just down it. Dinner, work, music and city life can be close without having to be what you come home to.
Brentwood gives you room to settle in, without asking you to live far away from everything else.
The Brentwood Mix
01
Older Brentwood, mature trees, larger lots and neighborhoods such as Brent Haven, where beautifully renovated homes and thoughtfully built new estates sit within an established landscape.
02
Communities such as Witherspoon and Rosebrooke bring current architecture, neighborhood pools, golf carts, bikes and a little more everyday connection.
03
The Governor's Club and Brentwood Country Club offer distinct versions of club-centered living, with golf, gathering and community woven into the setting.
04
Larger lots, privacy, rolling terrain and homes tucked into the landscape create a quieter, more secluded side of Brentwood.
Location Matters
Life Outside
Brentwood life often spills outdoors: bikes and ball fields at Crockett Park, wooded trails and open space at Smith Park, neighborhood pools, long walks and weekends that begin close to home.
